Washington Park

Washington Park is a mostly flat 2.7 mile loop that has a great smooth surface and is closed almost entirely to car traffic. It is a perfect place to work on skills if you are new to skating, and just as suited for fast laps if you are a speed skater.

As with all other multi-use areas, you will need to be on the alert for other park users, such as dogs on leashes, small children, speed demon cyclists, etc...

Wash Park has multiple parking areas, within and surrounding the park. There are portable bathroom facilities as well as a few water fountains scattered throughout the park.
